Pricing/Quotes/Commissioning• Base prices listed above are the minimum suggested price for a piece, and are subject to change at any time. Pieces with excessive detail or time required may result in a higher quote• I do not offer discounts unless explicitly advertised.
Please provide any reference material you would like me (the artist) to have when working on the commission. Images of the character, photos of desired clothing and poses, etc.• If the subject being commissioned does not have any reference material, a detailed description must be provided. Failure to do so may result in your commission proposal being refused────────────────────────────────────Restrictions• I have the right to refuse a commission proposal for any reason• In the case of NSFW art, the commissioner must be at least 18 years of age. Any NSFW proposals from a minor will not be accepted and will result in the refusal of any potential future commissions indefinitely.I am open to drawing a variety of kinks, feel free to ask if you are unsure if I would be comfortable drawing a specific content matter.• I will not under any circumstances, draw the following:1. Depictions of rape/non-consensual sex.2. Depictions of incest3. Depictions of minors in sexual/abusive situations (loli, shota, cub included)4. Depictions of non-anthropomorphic animals in sexual/abusive situations (bestiality, zoophilia, etc.)5. Harmful depictions of marginalized groups including but not limited to caricatures, slurs or hate propaganda6. Typical "gross out" content such as scat, watersports and vomit.────────────────────────────────────Communication and Editing• WIP (work in progress) shots of the commission may be requested at any point in the process• A WIP is typically shown to the client once upon completion of a sketch, then a second time upon completion of lineart and flat colors.• It is up to the client to notify me if a correction is needed during this stage.•Up to (3) minor edits may be requested at the “lineart” phase of work (if applicable) (changes such as facial expression, clothing patterns, etc) Major edits, excessive minor edits, or edits requested after completion will require additional payment.• Commission turnaround time takes typically (1 week for small pieces such as emojis, busts or chibis) and (between 2-4 weeks for large pieces like fullbodies and ref sheets) depending on commission queue. I will do my best to alert clients to any delays, but please keep this in mind to allow for extra time in case your commission is time-sensitive. Rush orders can often be accommodated for, but will result in additional costs• Access to my Discord DMs, email and other direct lines of communication is a privilege, not a right. Sending unprompted messages unrelated to your commission (links, pics, invitations to chat, memes, etc) is typically discouraged. I am often too busy to reply to these and prefer to communicate within servers. Do not repeatedly send me messages, and please do not be upset if I am too busy to respond or am unsure of what to say. Repeated messages like these or complaining to me about not responding to them may result in me blocking you.────────────────────────────────────Payment• Payments will only be handled through Paypal.• Work on the commission will not begin until payment is received
For pieces over $100, the client may request to pay in installments. This must be requested by the client if the client wishes to do so.• Any chargebacks on commissions that have not been discussed or done in an attempt to get free art will result in the client’s commission being terminated and the client being barred from potential future commissions.────────────────────────────────────Usage, Deliverables• The client is allowed to post their commission any place they wish, so long as a sufficient link back to my page is provided.• The client may not redistribute or sell the artwork created commercially.• I retain legal ownership of the artwork created and may use it for self promotion. The only rights relinquished to the client are personal use (Such as avatars, icons, etc). If additional rights to artwork is desired by the client (for example, use of the artwork to create merchandise), pricing for rights can be discussed.• My works are not allowed to be used as NFTs, or used on the blockchain / blockchain technology, any / all of my works used on blockchain websites and services are infringements and will be reported. Likewise my works are not allowed to be changed or adjusted by AI/machine learning or derived technologies, or for derivatives of my works to be created through the use of above-mentioned technologies.• If the client does not wish to have the final piece posted publicly, this must be communicated prior to completion of the piece.• Illustration work will be delivered in .PNG format• Animated icons and pixels will be delivered in .GIF format
